Take one, two, or six classes a week; it's all up to you and your schedule.
You can take a class in Jiu-Jitsu, switch over and do a Kickboxing class and then take a second class in Jiu-Jitsu—all in the same day. Our new format gives you a lot of variety and flexibility.
