Summer Camp terms & conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a summer camp week for your child. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the purchase and cancellation of a camp week. By booking a camp week, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment:
    1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
    2. To secure a spot for your child, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds:
    1. If you wish to cancel or remove your child from a camp, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to make changes or request a full refund.
    2. Please note that after the 48-hour window expires, no changes will be possible, including cancellations or refunds.
    3. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the original booking.
  3. Changes to Camp Dates or Programs:
    1. Camp dates and programs are subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of Champion’s Creed. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
    2. The camp reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule, activities, or facilities as necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  4. Health and Medical Considerations:
    1. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the child is in good health and fit to participate in camp activities.
    2. Parents must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information during the booking process.
    3. The camp staff will make reasonable efforts to accommodate children with special needs, but it is important to notify the camp in advance to discuss specific requirements.
  5. Enrolment Package:
    1. After purchasing a camp week, an enrolment package called “Enrolment Package” will be sent to you via email.
    2. This package contains important forms and information that must be completed before your child can start the camp.
    3. You can fill out the forms electronically, scan or photograph them, and email the copies back to us at info@championscreed.ca.
    4. Alternatively, if you prefer to fill out the forms manually, please bring the completed and signed forms with you on the first day of camp. Our staff will be available to collect the forms and assist with any questions you may have.
