REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund and cancellation policy helps us plan an exceptional experience for our Students, for that reason we offer a No Refund policy.

REFUND POLICY

For Pay-in-Full or Deposit – 100% refund within 48 hours of registration

No Refunds after 48 hours of registration

Cancelations in the case of a medical situation may be considered.

RETURNED PAYMENTS

A returned payment will have a service fee of $30.00.  For the second returned fee a $60.00 service charge will be assessed.  Additionally, the above credit card/debit card will be debited for the returned payment plus any outstanding fees.  Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

Champion’s Creed Team Gi Not Included.

Champion’s Creed Team Gi (pants, jacket, and belt) is purchased separately.

NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE
$30 non-refundable administration fee will be assessed on all cancelled registrations, regardless of cancellation date.
