How long are the sessions and what happens if I miss them?

Each session runs for 1 - 1.5 hours.

There is a lot to fit into your training schedule in 20 weeks, so always do everything you can to be at the scheduled training sessions of your series.

If you miss a session, your coaches will always be flexible and help you out so you can do make-up sessions.

Do I have to compete in W2W?

Yes, about 95% of people who do this series end up competing in the Finale.

You have to have the mindset that at the end of 20 weeks, you will be stepping into a cage and competing against someone else on the series.

The Finale isn't about fighting so much as a celebration of the fittest, strongest person you have ever been.
